Autumn Reset Retreat

Would you like to take time out this Autumn to escape the rat race with like minded people and reset before the winter sets in?

If so come join us to reset center and refocus your intentions for the months ahead.

Over the three days and two nights participants will slow the soul, the mind and the body right down taking a step back from the every day routines of life while putting our focus in the now to help create a happier healthier version for our future self.

The Weekend will not only nourish the mind through guided meditations and mindful hikes but you will learn to harness the power of your breath. We will open the heart with a Cacao Ceremony, and Shamanic drumming and allow the body to stretch and relax through light movement sessions consisting of mobility work and stretching routines and to help keep the energy moving through the body by engaging with box-fit sessions. We will encourage you to reconnect with your inner child and try horse riding. The body will also be nutritionally satisfied with the very best in home grown and organic food..
