A beautiful evening to ignite your senses and help you feel calm and centered.

In this workshop we will gather in safe and sacred space nestled in the beautiful sanctuary that is Listoke House.

Here we will learn about the importance of grounding and protecting our energy.

Through a beautiful journey with the drum we will be reminded of our strength and the divine light within us.

Afterwards we will get creative allowing us to connect with our inner child.

Following on from here we experience and connect with the ever so loving Mama Cacao and gentle meditation.

All in all a wonderful evening of nurturing and having fun with like minded people. I've no doubt we will be left feeling balanced and our hearts full with love by the time we are leaving.
