The Rooted Path Day Retreat

At Sacred Gatherings Ireland, we come together to honor support, connection, and the gentle power of community.

Each retreat is an invitation to slow down, to open your heart, and to embark on a journey home to yourself, to release old fears, limiting beliefs, and anything that no longer serves you, and to remember your own strength, wisdom, and capacity for joy.

On November 15th, in the serene beauty of Slieve Aughty, Galway, we invite you to step into a day of transformation and connection. The day will begin with a mapacho smudging and opening ceremony, preparing the body and spirit for a deep, expansive breathwork & fascia release session.

We will then open our hearts to the sweetness of a cacao/ Hawthorn ceremony, celebrating the work we have done on ourselves and the support of being together.
